Meeting Room with included Catering

Are looking for a space to host a meeting, event, have a meetup or a quiet session? Our café can offer a rentable meeting room with catering from the café provided. We also provide a connectable TV screen in case you want to share numbers, pictures and plans from your device. The room contains two moveable tables which you can configure as required. Each table can comfortably seat 4-6 people and when put together, will comfortably seat 8 people.

Booking

If you would like to use the Barista & Beyond Meeting Room please get in touch with our team by calling 07749 497412 or emailing hello@baristaandbeyond.com. As in most things, there are some rules and here they are:

1) Bookings for the room will be by the hour.

2) The Meeting Room costs £20 per hour to book. Note that if you plan to eat and drink whilst you are here, your booking could be free, because….

3) Your food and drink orders will be deducted from this advance.

4) Please take care of the furniture and TV Screen, otherwise damage fees will apply in cases of damaged items.

5) You should find that you can meet and be noisy without impacting any one else in the café.

6) Do not hesitate ask for help or anything at all from our café team.

7) Please note that in cases you run over the booked hour, you be politely asked to leave or extend the booking for an extra hour. After all, someone might be waiting to use the meeting room when your hour is up!

Remember that every £1 we make goes directly towards helping people with disabilities get into employment.
